Our Services

INELTA Sensorsysteme develops and manufactures standard sensors as well as customized sensor solutions for industrial applications. Our range of services includes in-house research and development, series and custom production, as well as certified calibration services.

Since 2012, INELTA Sensorsysteme has also been active in the field of medical technology. In this area, we develop and manufacture sensors, assemblies, and sensor systems, and since 2022 we have also been producing complete medical devices.

Research and Development

INELTA Sensorsysteme specializes in the development of customized sensor solutions for demanding applications, as well as standard sensors and sensor systems. The focus of our work is the continuous optimization of our products and the targeted advancement of existing and new solutions.

A highly qualified research and development team ensures the ongoing expansion and improvement of our product portfolio. The results of our in-house research and development are implemented at our production sites in Germany and Slovakia and stand for the highest levels of quality, reliability, and innovation.

In-House Production and Quality “Made in Germany”

INELTA Sensorsysteme stands for high-precision industrial sensors and sensor systems “Made in Germany.” Research, development, and manufacturing take place at our own production facilities in Germany and Slovakia – ensuring maximum quality, flexibility, and short delivery times.

In our company-owned facilities, sensors and sensor systems are in some cases manufactured entirely in-house by a highly specialized team. Our capabilities include mechanical machining, laser welding, CNC milling and turning, soldering, coil winding, assembly, calibration, PCB assembly, wiring, cable assembly, and final inspection. Every production step follows clearly defined, quality-assured processes.

Together with PiL Sensoren, a pioneer in ultrasonic sensor technology, INELTA offers a broad product range for displacement and position measurement as well as force, pressure, and inclination measurement. Our portfolio includes LVDT displacement sensors, LVITs, force transducers, signal conditioners, pressure switches, Hall sensors, and ultrasonic sensors.

Our sensors and sensor systems are continuously further developed and individually tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Whether standard products or complex custom solutions, INELTA delivers high-performance, durable industrial sensors Made in Germany with the highest precision and maximum flexibility.

Modern Manufacturing Equipment

In our production facilities and laboratories, we utilize state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery and advanced processing technologies. These include CNC milling and CNC turning centers for highly precise mechanical components (right image), as well as a laser welding system for the reliable joining of delicate parts (left image). Our machinery is equipped with the latest technology and enables us to manufacture sophisticated sensor components with the highest level of accuracy – a decisive advantage, particularly when working with extremely tight tolerances or complex custom solutions.

In-House Machinery for Maximum Manufacturing Expertise

Keeping production in-house provides us with maximum flexibility, the highest level of quality control, and technological independence. A powerful and modern machine park forms the foundation for this capability. The close integration of manufacturing, assembly, and testing on site ensures short distances and highly efficient processes. In this way, we produce customized sensor components, precision mechanical parts, and demanding special solutions economically, reliably, and with consistently high precision.

EMC Laboratory and Environmental Chamber

Our EMC laboratory, equipped with certified measuring instruments for standards-compliant testing, together with our climate test chamber, provides optimal conditions for comprehensive environmental and stress testing. In addition, we operate a dedicated outdoor test station for field measurements. This enables us to perform EMC tests, climate and temperature tests, as well as long-term endurance tests under defined environmental conditions directly on site.

All testing procedures are documented in accordance with DIN ISO 9001, ensuring full transparency and traceability of all test results.

Force Sensor and LVDT Calibration Laboratory

Our group of companies offers an accredited calibration service for force sensors of various designs, independent of the manufacturer and in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. Calibrations up to 200 kN are performed using a high-precision force sensor calibration machine (image left). In addition, a specially equipped LVDT calibration room allows precise calibration of LVDT displacement sensors under optimal environmental conditions (image right).
