Our LVDT position and displacement sensors are based on the proven principle of the differential transformer. Thanks to the high-resolution, contactless measuring method, they offer an almost unlimited service life – depending on the mechanical design.
The technology also ensures reliable signal and measurement retention (“True Power On”), even in the event of power supply interruptions. This makes our sensors ideal for precise and long-lasting measurement tasks in demanding applications.
Special Designs – Sensor Solutions for Almost Any Requirement
In addition to our standard range, we develop and manufacture customized sensor solutions for individual requirements. Over time, close collaboration with our customers has led to the creation of some extraordinary special designs. These custom sensors demonstrate the flexibility and wide design possibilities of our sensor production. Whether special materials, compact designs, or challenging environmental conditions – we can deliver sensors for even the most technically demanding applications.
Our development examples range from seawater-resistant LVDT sensors made of high-performance plastics (PEEK) to variants with bronze bearings, as well as LVDT housings made of acrylic glass. Extremely short designs can also be realized if the application requires it.
