Langer takes over sales for Inelta Sensorsysteme in Northwest Germany

Our new colleague Joshua Langer is now responsible for sales in Northwest Germany. In addition to our product range of LVDT, force and inclination sensors as well as pressure switches and amplifiers, Langer is also responsible for the sales of the ultrasonic sensors of our sister company PIL Sensoren. Our customers thus receive complete expertise from a single source.

Unser Spezial-LVDT zeichnet sich durch seine Robustheit und ein optimiertes Längen-Tast-Verhältnis aus

In den vergangenen Jahren erhöhte sich weltweit die Anzahl dringend sanierungsbedürftiger Brücken. Neben unerwarteten Materialermüdungen oder Fundamentunterspülungen finden sich die Ursachen dafür häufig in Überbeanspruchungen durch den zunehmenden Verkehr sowie in ungenügenden Überwachungen der Baustatik. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat Inelta einen äußerst kompakten und robusten LVDT-Wegmesssensor (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) zur Langzeitüberwachung von Brückenstatiken entwickelt, der an kritischen Belastungspunkten auch kleinste Verschiebungen zuverlässig detektiert.

The new strain gauges signal conditioner with integrated OLED display offers an extremely compact and high performance solution for signal amplification and control of measured values in strain gauge force sensors. With its small dimensions of only 54 x 30 x 17 mm, the amplifier/display unit is one of the smallest and handiest devices in its class. In addition, the Inelta product is characterized by a very economical price/performance ratio.

Access measurement data at any time and from anywhere

Simple remote monitoring with new SDT-3G radio module

With the new SDT-3G radio module, measured values can be read easily and practically by remote monitoring. The radio module is compatible with all Inelta and PIL sensors. The measurement data can be sent directly to the control center or to the smartphone for continuous monitoring. In this way, various logistics problems can be solved, the safety monitoring of bridge and railway switch positions can be optimized or signals from distribution flaps can be read out over long distances without laying cables.

11th Bobby Car Solar Cup

Put the sun in the toy tank

On 18 September in Bielefeld, the future of the well-known red cult mobile could be marvelled at. At the 11th Bobby Car Solar Cup, a total of 25 student teams from schools in the region of Ostwestfalen-Lippe entered the race with modified solar-powered Bobby Cars. The "Lippe Racer" team, whose main sponsors include Inelta and PIL, also took part in the race.

As a supplier of products in the field of aerospace technology, we have had the competence of our production employees for highly reliable hand soldering certified according to ESA specification HL3 in accordance with the regulations of the "European Cooperation for Space Standardization" (ECSS).
